If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Susync is intended for users who are legally able to enter into contracts in the Philippines. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your credentials secure.

• Buyers and sellers must act in good faith during negotiations, document exchange, and payment steps facilitated through the platform.
• Prohibited conduct includes misrepresenting property details, impersonation, fraud, harassment, or attempts to circumvent Susync’s verification or payment safeguards.

Accounts may be designated for buying, selling, or both as permitted by the product. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Susync may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or regulatory guidance from authorities such as the DICT or HLURB.

Listings and transaction milestones shown in the tracker reflect information supplied by users and platform workflows. Digital contracts and payment instructions should be reviewed carefully before you confirm.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Susync and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including disputes between buyers and sellers, delays by third-party banks, or force majeure events.
